For those of you having never heard of a smorgasbord.... Basically it is a nicer, bigger version of a buffet. This particular one is run by the PA Dutch people. It seat 2200 people and has a HUGE variety of food. We have typically been there for breakfast--Dan loves the chocolate milk. We took Sunghun. He actually tried a bit of scrapple! Not that we did, though! We had made to order omelets and pancakes, not to mention the heaps of food elsewhere. Thankfully we did not overeat. We were at a perfect state right below satiety. You probably need to explain what scrapple is... or how it is deep fried then served with maple syrup! Yum!
