House Landscaped..only the beginning... and some grass

So two weeks later we have some grass. We also were able to finally put plants and trees in. We got some mushroom soil, which I tilled into the beds. Then we planted our plants and topped with black mulch. We are excited. Hopefully we spaced everything good enough--I do not like the look of overgrown landscaping--I am not a hedge fan. And we LOVE flowering plants, inspired in part by my father's yard. Note: our garden off to the side. It is not nearly the size of the one we had in AZ, but it will have to suffice for now. Also, the home is built next door--last of the builder's in the neighborhood, that will be nice too--for them to be done with that area in a few months.
