We are so happy to be living amongst the producers of our country. There is something quite refreshing to see self-sustaining, salt-of-the-earth people all around you. We love this area, filled with religious, hard-working, producers. We really love Lebanon County.
So tonight we went to a local farm to join in on their pick-your-own strawberries at $1 a pound. Nice to have fresh, local, organic fruit for $1 a pound! Anyway, the kids had a ball. Everett filled his tummy and Natalie was very deliberate in the filling of her container. As thunder rolled in the distance we had a wonderful time picking and eating berries. We cannot wait to have our own plot of land and garden again. We have all been in withdrawal--especially as food prices have gone through the roof. Anyway, here are too many pics for berry picking, but we had fun.

Cali would love something like that. Her fruit of choice right now are strawberries. Too much fun. I know some places will weight individuals too, because so many eat while they are out picking...any weight you gain while picking is added in the weight of the produce you pick.
I bet Everett had a tummy ache after eating so many strawberries!! Natalie is getting so big-- I can't believe how tall she looks in these pictures!!
Hope you are all doing well!
